My training includes evidence-based nutrition, functional fitness, stress management, and lifestyle coaching — all designed to create sustainable change. I specialize in guiding women through the unique health challenges of midlife, offering tailored strategies for fitness, hormone balance, and overall wellness as well as navigating perimenopause and menopause. With a strong foundation in both science and compassionate coaching, I help women find balance in their health, feel confident, capable, and energized in their bodies, regardless of their age or life stage.

But let me be real with you: my journey didn’t start from a place of perfect health. I’ve struggled with weight gain, stress, and the pressure to “do everything right” – and I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to take care of yourself but don’t know where to start.
That’s what led me to dive deep into health coaching, fitness, and sustainable self-care. I learned that true wellness isn’t about extremes – it’s about finding balance, listening to your body and making choices that support your mind, body, and spirit.
Now, I help women build healthy routines that feel good – not forced. Through movement, mindset shifts, and realistic self-care, I guide my clients towards strength, confidence, and lasting change.
